Media Release:

I hereby grant Fire Start Productions, its affiliates, and assigns (collectively, "Fire Start Productions") the irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and modify my image, likeness, voice, performance, and any other media created during the above-referenced project (the "Media"). This includes, but is not limited to, photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and any derivative works thereof. I agree to allow them to use this media for as long as they deem necessary.

I understand and agree that the Media may be used in any and all media formats, including but not limited to, online platforms, broadcast television, film, print publications, and promotional materials, for any purpose whatsoever, including commercial purposes, without any further compensation or notification to me.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished Media or any advertising copy that may be used in connection therewith.

I acknowledge that participation in the above-referenced project may involve certain risks and hazards. I hereby release, waive, and discharge Fire Start Productions, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releases or otherwise, while participating in the project.   

I understand that I am responsible for my own safety and well-being during the project.

I understand that this waiver is good for all video productions, and media creation events with Fire Start Productions that take place in 2025.

Guardian Consent (for Minors):

As the legal guardian of Minor's Name listed above, I hereby consent to their participation in the above-referenced project and agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth in this release and waiver.

I represent that I have the legal authority to execute this release and waiver on behalf of the minor.

Miscellaneous:

1. This release and waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, US.

2. This release and waiver constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.   

3. I have carefully read this release and waiver and understand its contents. I am signing this release and waiver voluntarily and without any duress or coercion.
